Leading a Texas adoption agency with compassion and integrity
An operations expert and empathetic advisor, Todd Dean brings to Legacy Adoption Services more than 17 years of experience as an executive sales and marketing leader in the North Texas region. Co-founding the Texas adoption agency enabled Todd to combine his extensive business background with Tina Dean’s clinical adoption expertise to create the agency that they both envisioned.
After Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, he excelled in account management and progressed to a top leadership post as General Sales Manager for a material handling company. Todd’s employer was recognized as a premier Toyota Industrial Equipment Dealer in North America, and spent nearly two decades successfully managing sales teams, driving positive organizational change and forging both internal and external long-term strategic partnerships.
His ability to establish honest and open communication was instrumental in his managerial positions, and is valued at our Texas adoption agency.
Todd has a heart for serving as a community activist in pro-life, unplanned pregnancy and adoption causes. He welcomed the opportunity to build from the ground up an agency that was unique in its structure and mission.
He says he knows some of the frustrations and unmet needs that birth mothers and adoptive parents experience in the adoption process. It was for this reason that Legacy established a ‘Client First’ focus.
Todd and his wife Tina have five children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, whether at a favorite cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma or along Texas back roads in the family jeep.
