About Us

How We Met

We met in 2014 through mutual friends at church. Our relationship was immediately filled with inside jokes and a light hearted sense of getting to know each other. As our relationship developed, it naturally grew into deeper conversations about our shared faith and dreams for our life. We got married in August 2016 and celebrated with many of our friends and family dancing late into the night.

Our relationship has always been easy going with lots of playing and laughter. Our season of infertility has deepened our relationship to trust the Lord in His plans for our life and we are excited about this journey of adoption.

From Logan: There’s nobody I’d rather go through life with than Ashley. She’s a devoted mom to Blakely and a committed spouse and I’m excited to see her love another child we add to our family. My sweet tooth has grown since we’ve been married and I always save room for dessert. Her relationship with the Lord is the top priority in her life and that’s an encouragement for me to pursue the Lord and put that at the center of our relationship.

From Ashley: Logan is my #1 teammate. He always encourages, supports, and has a joke ready for every situation. He challenges me and encourages me to grow in my faith and love for the Lord. We have been married for 8 years and our sense of humor has only become more alike. He is steadfast, thoughtful, funny(most of the time), and adventurous.

Our Family

We love to celebrate significant milestones in life such as birthdays and work accomplishments. We also set aside time to reflect on the small moments in life. Ice cream is a common treat to celebrate both big and small occasions. Friday night is movie night at our house and sometimes set a blanket on the floor as a picnic.

We make a commitment to spend holidays with family and enjoy quality time together.

Our Home

Our Home

We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a large city in Texas. Our neighborhood is a nice combination of being close to the city but still near nature with a greenbelt and lake nearby. We like to spend a lot of time outside with our neighbors playing in the driveway and enjoy meals on the back patio when the weather is nice. Our backyard is fenced and spacious with plenty of room to run around and play. Our neighborhood is very family friendly and there is a neighborhood park and recently renovated elementary school in walking distance from our house.

Final Thoughts

Thank You for Considering Us

We are very grateful that you took the time to learn more about our family! It takes great courage and love to consider adoption and even though we haven't met you, we are praying for the decisions you are making for you and your child. Adoption has been something we have been preparing for and don't take this responsibility lightly. We know that God has a plan for you and your child regardless of you choosing us to parent your child. We commit to raise our child in a house full of love and support and always knowing about the love you have for them. We promise to demonstrate the love of Jesus, kindness and respect. We would love to get to know you more if you feel that our family is a fit for you and your baby.
