About Us
Our Love Story
We initially met in college where we had a marketing class together, but our love story began a few years later when we reconnected with each other. We have somewhat opposite personalities, which has created a beautiful relationship of balance, fun and understanding. Our time together was spent trying new restaurants (we both love to eat healthy meals), hiking, having fun with friends and traveling together. We took trips to Mexico, Hawaii, Spain (to visit Philip’s family) and Italy (where Philip proposed).
In 2016, we got married in a beautiful beach town surrounded by all our loved ones. Shortly after we were married, we started IVF, and were blessed with our son. Our son is a smart, loving, and energetic six-year-old. He brings light and joy into every corner of our home, reminding us of the precious gift of family and unconditional love. We can’t wait to welcome another child into our lives.
We have so much love to give. We enjoy traveling as a family, spending time with our extended families and friends and exploring new places. We have built a life filled with fun, faith, love, wellness and strong values. Throughout our time together we have supported one another and truly enjoy spending time with each other. We believe a healthy relationship and parenting takes communication, love and continuous learning.
Our Family
Quality family time is always a priority. We love creating new traditions especially around the holidays. We love dressing up for Halloween and decorating our home. One of our favorite traditions is reading books about each holiday.
After Thanksgiving, we pick out a Christmas tree. During Christmas time we always bake treats, make crafts and visit all of the light shows. We have made tree ornaments the last few years and our son has such a fun time helping. Christmas morning we are always at home and includes wearing family jammies, baking cinnamon rolls and seeing our extended family. We would love to include a sibling in our traditions and build many more with them.
