Mr. Freeby has prosecuted and defended a variety of cases in state and federal Courts throughout Texas. His primary practice involves adoption law, including domestic adoption, inter-country adoption, interstate (ICPC) adoption, special needs adoption, contested adoption, grandparent adoption, step-parent adoption, Indian Child Welfare Act adoption and adoption agency representation. He also practices in the areas of assisted reproductive law, appellate law and general civil litigation.
